- Hello all...
-
- I am running the demo version of AmiTCP 4.0 and I have my Amiga connected to my
- Linux box via a null-modem cable. On the Amiga side, I use rhcslip.device with
- a speed of 19200 baud and everything works fine. The problem is that I cannot seem
- to use this connection at any other speed (faster or slower). I adjust the serial
- port speed accordingly on the Linux box (in the /etc/rc.d/rc.inet2 file), but it will
- only work at 19.2K.
- Everything works fine at 19200: nfs, ftp, ping, etc., but it's a bit slow. I'm trying
- to bump the speed up to either 38400 or 57600.
-
- Here is the string echoed to ENV:sana2/cslip0.config:
-
- System3.0:Devs/Networks/rhcslip.device 0 19200 0.0.0.0 MTU=576 7WIRE
-
- Is this an FAQ? What am I doing wrong?
-
- Please reply via e-mail, as I don't drop in on this group very often...
- Thanks!
